1)
First you need to change the useragent of your browser. -- IE 6 seems to be their browser of choice (so change to IE6) nothing else that I've found works.
2)
Then you have to use my form. Because once again they've clearly employed some idiot savants... Their form doesn't work. It has javascript bugs.
3) You have to have cookies turned on and go to their broken form page eveyr so often. They don't want other sites to "steal" their traffic. (Probably less than a couple of thousand pageviews a day... losers.)
